About Ross Sykes
Ross Sykes accidentally came into the music and entertainment industry whilst working onboard the QE2 and was entered a singing competition; crew v passengers and came second, He was offered a 6 weeks trial performing with the resident band. He accepted this on the basis that he wouldn’t have to leave the QE2 and still full time with Cunard Line Ltd. A month before his debut performance, Ross had dancing lessons as well as vocal coaching sessions. He decided to change his name like all the other performers to Mike Russ, after his godson who was christened Michael Russell. Ross remained on the QE2 for 9 years before venturing out in the big wide world. In 2000 Ross had to retire due to serious health issues and had to retire from performing. In 2002 he came back to Entertainment but this time as an Agent and has never looked back working with some amazing performers.
M R Tribute Acts UK is part of Mike Russ Entertainments (MRE) Group Ltd, a corporate entertainments agency that deals with the high-end performers and acts. Mike Russ Entertainments (MRE) Group Ltd was set up by Ross Sykes in September 2010 after he took the gamble of setting up his own business. Ross has been working in the Entertainment Industry and celebrates the big 35 years in December 2016.

Noa is a harpist, based in Hertfordshire and Cardiff, with several years of experience playing at weddings, functions, orchestras and recording sessions throughout England and Wales. She covers South Wales, the East, South (including London and the home counties) and West of England as well as the Midlands and surrounding areas.
Noa provides live music for ceremonies (including the guests’ arrival beforehand), the drinks receptions and the wedding breakfast.
Music choices are catered to each client based on their personal preferences. They can choose from an extensive repertoire list or they can request songs that are not on there. Upon consultation, short samples can be sent to clients so they get a taste of what their requested songs will sound like on the day. She can also guide clients in their music choices by suggesting music that will suit their event.

With this you get bespoke choreography which fits perfectly to your chosen song, fun and enjoyable lessons leading up to the day, a boost of confidence, excellent posture, correct holds and footwork, and a special moment you will never forget!
We can also create wedding flash mobs for the best men and bridesmaids to surprise the special couple and a fun-filled dance session for your hen / stag party. Our choreography starts at only £35 and packages can be found on our website. We also sell gift vouchers for all of our choreography services as a special gift for the couple leading up to the special day.
Our vocalist can also provide fabulous entertainment with packages to suit your needs, whether that is during your ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast or evening entertainment. From motown, 80’s, 90’s, musicals and ballads, our vocalist can provide beautiful moments with your chosen songs and get your guests on the dance floor to dance the night away!
Meanwhile our violinist offers a beautiful ceremony package to bring a touch of class to your day with a selection of repertoire from Ed Sheeran to The Beatles. All repertoire is performed from memory and requests can be requested prior to the day.
